| Zhongce Tire Makes the World Drifting! |

| 'Made in China' was used in the World Drifting Series (WDS) for the first time |

2007 World Drift Series China was held in Beijing and Hangzhou,China respectively in Nov.,2007. The scene in Hong Kong movie 'Initial D' is really presented to the Chinese spectators. The squeal of the tire caused by the violent friction between the tire and the ground and flying rolling smoke dust because of the transverse side sliding and the shifting of the auto stimulated and shook every drifting fan in the field.
This time,the tire of the drifting championship which made the spectators produce a strong sense of hearing and vision was from Chinese tire enterprise---Hangzhou Zhongce Rubber Co.,Ltd. The organizing committee of 2007 World Auto Drifting Championship Series China selected the tires of 'GOOTIRE' brand,Chaoyang brand and Lion brand of Hangzhou Zhongce Rubber Co.,Ltd. as formal championship tire. It initiated an example to use 'Made in China' in the world class auto match.
It is well known that the auto racing match is a drastic activity competition item of high speed and very strong antagonism and danger. It has very special requirement on the tire. Especially in the drifting movement,the driven racing auto is extremely powerful with the power more than 650 horsepower. The violent friction between the tire and the ground produces the phenomenon 'tire burning' and produces strong torsion,so maybe the steel wire can be seen from one tire or the tire is broken because of wearing within 2 minutes.
Before the match started, the judge of the organizing committee of the match,an American named MR.TERRY HENDESON specially came to Hangzhou Zhongce Rubber Co.,Ltd. in person for the investigation and model section and carried out strict test. The result showed that the comprehensive performance was excellent and completely conformed to the match requirement. The tire of Hangzhou Zhongce Rubber Co.,Ltd. went through the rigid experiences in the drifting championship in Beijing and Hangzhou. Its wear resistance,impact resistance and operation performance are very good. It made the match very successful and was highly appraised by the organizing committee and the foreign experts of the match.
In the match,Hangzhou Zhongce Rubber Co.,Ltd. provided three models of high performance tire: 235/45R17,245/40R18 and 195/60R14.The presentation of the tire of Hangzhou Zhongce Rubber Co.,Ltd. showed that the high performance car tire produced by the company has reached the worldwide advanced level in the aspect of the speed grade,the safety performance and the operation performance. |
